Terms of Service

1. Spam will not be tolerated. Anyone caught promoting PayDay Quest through unsolicited email will have his or her account terminated immediately and will forfeit all unforwarded money still in his or her account.

2. We are a private membership organization. To be admitted as a member you must invited by an existing member and make a purchase from that member. That purchase is not refundable. The money is immediately forwarded to the recipient and benefits PayDay Quest in no way.

3. One account per household. Any violations of this will result in immediate deletion of all accounts related to that household and forfeiture of any monies in those accounts that have not been forwarded.

4. Support will only be given through our online support ticket system.

5. Members are solely responsible for the amount of success they do or do not have as club members. PayDay Quest and its members make no guarantees of amounts to be received regardless of your level of participation. The activity of each member will determine results for that member.

6. The company does not give legal advice with regards to tax issues, marketing issues,...etc. It is up to each member to do his or her own "due diligence" with regards to legal questions.

7. Roll-up Qualification - To receive roll-up profits you must be active in building your business. Being active is defined as having at least one personal sale within the previous 60 days prior to the sale that initiates the roll-up. In the event that you are not qualified to receive roll-ups, that money would be paid to the next person above you who is qualified. A roll-up profit is defined as money that rolls up because the person who made the sale is not qualified to receive it.

8. Training Sale Qualification - To receive the one-up training sales from your new team members you must be actively building your business. Being active means that you must have at least one personal sale within 60 days prior to the close of the training sale. Training sales themselves do not count as a personal sale as they are made by someone else on your team.

9. Retail Profits and commissions are only earned when products or services are sold. PayDay Quest does not pay commissions or retail profits for recruiting people. It is free to register as a member of PayDay Quest. Once a member decides to make a purchase, only then is a retail profit earned by the person who referred that member to PayDay Quest.

10. Cross Selling: This is defined as contacting anyone other than people you PERSONALLY referred to PayDay Quest and attempting to enroll them in another business opportunity, sell them another product, or any other contact with the intention of making a profit or adding that person to a personal list other than assisting them with PayDay Quest. Anyone caught cross-selling will be immediately terminated from PayDay Quest and forfeit all unpaid retail profits and customers in his or her account.

11. Rumors: Any person found to be spreading rumors about PayDay Quest or any employee, officer, or member thereof will have his or her account terminated without delay.

12. Confidentiality: Any person found to be passing confidential information about the trade secrets of PayDay Quest whether intentional or unintentional will have his or her account terminated without delay.

13. False Representation: Any person caught speaking on behalf of PayDay Quest to the press, legal authorities, government offices,...etc. will be guilty of False Representation and will have his or her account terminated. No person has the right to represent PayDay Quest to any public official or news media personnel other than Gary Danko, Sherri Danko or any person given written authority to represent PayDay Quest by Gary Danko or Sherri Danko.

14. Mis-Representation: Any person caught making false statements about PayDay Quest, our products, compensation plan, opportunity, employees, or members will have his or her account immediately terminated. PayDay Quest reserves the right to legally pursue financial or reputational damages caused by such mis-representation.

15. Authorized Marketing Materials: The only authorized marketing materials for use by our resellers are the current PowerPoint presentation, the replicated websites hosted paydayquest.com and virtualprofitsystems.com, written materials written and copyrighted by PayDay Quest, recorded audio and video provided by PayDay Quest, and any other materials provided by PayDay Quest. Independent Resellers are NOT allowed to verbally describe PayDay Quest's products and/or opportunity to ANYONE without reference to the use of our written and/or recorded materials. PayDay Quest strictly forbids anyone from designing and using his or her own marketing materials unless they are pre-approved by PayDay Quest compliance department. This includes private websites, personal video testimonies, email campaigns,...etc. Simply put...if it isn't written and approved by PayDay Quest, it simply is not valid. Violation of this rule will result in account termination and possible legal damages.

16. PayDay Quest reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice so that we may continue to stay compliant with current legal requirements.
